Short version: some links on VibeCost are affiliate links. If you buy through one, we may earn a commission. You pay the same price, and it never changes our numbers.
We're independent
VibeCost is independent. No AI app builder owns us, invests in us, or tells us what to write. We started this site because we kept running out of credits halfway through an app and wanted the real numbers in one place.
Where our numbers come from
We check each tool's official pricing page every week. When a price, credit limit or free tier changes, we update the site and log it on the Price changes page. If we don't know something, we say so instead of guessing.
Affiliate links
Some links to tools are affiliate links. If you click one and then sign up or buy, that company may pay us a commission. It costs you nothing extra. This money pays for the site and the newsletter, so we can keep both free.
Following the FTC's rules on endorsements, we tell you about these links up front. You'll find a short note in the footer of every page, and the full story here.
What commissions never change
- Our data. Prices, credits and free tiers come from each tool's own pricing page, not from what pays us.
- Our rankings. A commission never moves a tool up or down in a comparison.
- Which tools we list. We add a tool because people use it, not because it has an affiliate program.
Tools without an affiliate program
Some tools we cover don't have an affiliate program, or we haven't joined it. They get the same pages, the same weekly checks and the same spot in comparisons. Their links just go straight to the tool's own site.
Sponsors
We don't have any sponsors right now. If we ever take one, it will be clearly labeled as sponsored, on the site and in the newsletter. Sponsors won't get a say in our data or rankings either.
